My printables and tutorials are digital downloads. Because you receive the files straight away and can keep them, I don’t offer refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong item. Please check the listing carefully before you buy.
If something isn’t right
If a file won’t download or open, is damaged, or isn’t what the listing described, I’ll put it right. Email me at candlewickandroses@gmail.com within 30 days of your order, with your order number. I’ll send you a working file, or if I can’t fix the problem, give you a full refund.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Depending on your bank, they can take 5 to 10 working days to appear.
I’m in New Zealand, so depending on the time of day it may take a little while for me to reply.
This policy doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the consumer laws of your country.
