You have permission to say no.
If your recipe, method or technique is an integral part of your business model, or even if it’s not, is perfectly ok to say no.
On social media questions often come thick and fast and I’ve found it’s good to be prepared, rather than give more information than I’m comfortable with.
I have several stock standard answers I use regularly.
