Today I’ve been trying to get some fresh photos of the Joshua design. My sewing room has wonderful light but it’s small and I have to fight the Norman for the best spots. Sometime between the blinding morning sun and the moment the rays come through the skylight is a good time for photos. Lots of indirect light.
Any later and I have to wait for the sun to drop down behind the trees.
Natural light is always preferable but taking the quilts outside to photograph, or video as I have been lately, is hit and miss.
Light is definitely a science.
