“I love making things for babies, but I had never tried a quilt. My friend suggested a rag quilt as an easy introduction to quilting. I made a few rag quilts when I came across your method of inlays. I was hooked! Now I only use the inlay method for making my rag quilts. Here is my favorite quilt so far. It is an inlay method with a twist. Each square has sashing so the edges of the inlay are not showing. Also, each square has a star stitched on it rather than the traditional X. The back is blue and the front is white so there is white and blue in the fray. Thank you, Raewyn, for elevating the art of rag quilting.”
